That means discussing the goal before the flight, considering the location and conditions, capturing purposeful angles, and editing naturally. Permanent features are not removed and the property is not altered in a misleading way.
The business is still growing, so the website deliberately avoids exaggerated experience, qualification or client claims.

Can every property be photographed by drone?
Not always. The address is checked first because controlled airspace, restricted locations, access, nearby people, obstacles, wildlife and weather can affect whether a safe and lawful flight is possible. If the original plan is unsuitable, I’ll explain the issue and discuss another angle, time or date where possible.
What happens if the weather is poor?
If conditions do not allow safe operation, the booking can be moved to another suitable date without another travel fee for the same location.
Are property overlays surveyed boundaries?
No. Overlays and location markers are illustrative marketing graphics only. They are not title plans, surveys or legal boundary representations.
Can I request a particular angle?
Yes. Share examples or explain what matters most before the shoot. Requested angles still depend on safe and lawful flight conditions.
