Clear expectations before the flight.
A practical guide to bookings, travel, payment, revisions, refunds and how delivered images may be used.

Booking and service scope
A quote or package description sets out the planned photographs, video clips, location, date, price and any add-ons. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
A booking is confirmed once the scope and date are accepted and the required 30% deposit has been received, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
Requests outside the agreed package—including more images, new angles, another location or additional editing—may require a revised quote.
Flight conditions and rescheduling
Every drone service remains subject to safe and lawful operating conditions. Weather, airspace, access, surrounding people, wildlife and other site conditions may delay, change or prevent a planned flight.
If weather prevents safe operation, the booking will be rescheduled. No additional travel fee applies where the new booking is at the same location and within the same travel radius.
The client is responsible for providing accurate address and access information and for ensuring the property is ready at the agreed time.
Travel policy
Travel is included for bookings within 30 km by road of Crangan Bay, NSW.
- 30–50 km: $25 travel fee
- 50–70 km: $40 travel fee
- Beyond 70 km: Custom travel quote based on time and distance
Distance is calculated using a standard road route. Multiple locations, tolls or paid parking may add to the quoted cost, with notice provided where reasonably possible.
Payment policy
Deposit
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure a booking unless otherwise agreed. It covers the allocated time, preparation and administration.
Balance and delivery
The remaining balance and any agreed travel or add-on fees must be paid before final high-resolution, unwatermarked files are released. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless another timeframe is agreed. Rush delivery requires full payment upfront.
Late payment
A $15 late fee may be added after the 7-day payment window. Future work may be paused while an invoice remains outstanding. If payment remains outstanding for more than 21 days, reasonable recovery steps may be considered after attempts to resolve the issue directly.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, PayID or another method agreed before booking.
Revision policy
One reasonable round of revisions is included when requested within 7 days of delivery.
Included revisions may cover:
- Reasonable colour, exposure or clarity adjustments
- Minor cropping or framing changes
- Re-exporting an agreed file in a different format
They do not include a complete re-edit, new images or footage that were not captured, or changes that misrepresent the property. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
Refunds and reshoots
Every reasonable effort will be made to address a genuine quality concern before considering a refund.
Refunds may be available when
- Aerial Productions cancels and the client does not wish to reschedule
- Equipment failure or another issue means the agreed service cannot be delivered
- No usable agreed images or footage can be delivered
Refunds generally do not apply to
- A change of mind after the service has been completed
- A creative preference outside the agreed brief
- Weather-related rescheduling
- Problems caused by inaccurate information, restricted access or a property that was not ready
A no-cost reshoot may be offered when a technical issue affected the result or the work does not meet the agreed standard. A reshoot may be charged where the client requests new coverage or where access and property-readiness issues caused the problem.
Copyright and usage rights
Aerial Productions retains copyright in photographs, video, raw files, edits and derivative work unless copyright is transferred by a separate written agreement.
After full payment, the client receives a royalty-free licence to use the delivered unwatermarked files for the agreed project purpose, which may include a property listing, brochure, signboard, business marketing or social media.
Before full payment, a client may share a supplied watermarked preview provided the watermark remains complete and clearly visible. A watermark must not be cropped, removed or obscured. Unwatermarked files may not be published, distributed or used until full payment has been received and the agreed licence takes effect.
Unless separately approved, delivered content may not be sold, transferred to another business, relicensed for an unrelated commercial purpose, or altered in a way that misrepresents the property or damages the work. Minor cropping and resizing for the agreed marketing use are permitted after payment.
Portfolio and social-media use
Aerial Productions may display delivered work in its website portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing before the booking. Separate permission is requested before selected work is used for Aerial Productions’ social-media promotion. A social-media choice does not change the client’s own agreed usage rights.
Third-party use
Builders, architects, stylists, publications or other third parties should request permission before using the work and may require a separate licence.
Property overlays and location markers
Any property outline, marker, amenity label or location graphic is provided for illustrative marketing use only. It is not a land survey, title plan, engineering product or representation of a legal boundary.
The client should provide accurate source information and must not present an overlay as surveyed or legally authoritative.
