Privacy policy
Your enquiry details are used to respond and plan the service.
This policy explains the information Aerial Productions receives through this website and how it is handled.
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Information collected
When you submit an enquiry, Aerial Productions may receive the details you choose to provide, including:
- Your name, email address and optional phone number
- The property or project location and optional access directions
- Your preferred date, contact method
- The package or service you are considering
- Your social-media promotion choice and contact-saving choice
- Your message and any later correspondence
- Booking, billing and payment details if you proceed
Please do not submit payment-card details or sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the enquiry.
How information is used
The information is used to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Assess the location and proposed service
- Prepare a quote and organise a booking
- Communicate about weather, access, delivery or payment
- Record your choices about social-media promotion and future contact
- Maintain appropriate business and transaction records
- Address questions, revisions or concerns
You can choose whether your basic contact details should be saved for possible future bookings. Leaving that option unticked does not affect the current enquiry. Information needed to complete a booking, meet record-keeping obligations or resolve a dispute may still need to be retained for those purposes.
Your contact details are not sold. Marketing messages will only be sent where you have agreed or where otherwise permitted.
Website and service providers
Website enquiries are sent directly to the Aerial Productions website backend and stored in a private owner dashboard. The website hosting and database provider processes this information so the service can operate. A transactional email provider may also send the owner a brief notification that a new enquiry is waiting; the complete enquiry remains in the dashboard.
Email, file-delivery, mapping, analytics or payment providers may process limited information where needed to provide the requested service. Website analytics are designed to record page-level activity and enquiry conversions without building an advertising profile.
Those providers apply their own privacy and security practices. Avoid sending payment-card details through the enquiry form.
Storage and retention
Different information has different retention needs. Aerial Productions does not apply a blanket seven-year period to every website enquiry.
- An enquiry that does not become a booking is normally deleted or de-identified within 12 months after it is closed, unless it is still reasonably needed.
- If you ask for your basic contact details to be saved, they may be retained while there is an active client relationship and reviewed after a reasonable period of inactivity.
- Booking, invoice, payment and other transaction records are generally retained for at least 5 years, or longer where an applicable law, dispute, insurance matter or professional requirement requires it.
- Items deleted in the owner dashboard remain recoverable for 30 days before permanent removal.
Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, withdraw an optional social-media permission before content is posted, or ask a question about how information has been handled. You may also ask for information to be deleted where it is no longer needed, although some records may have to be retained for legal or business record-keeping purposes.
You may contact Aerial Productions by email if you prefer not to use the website form.
